Excellent Location and City Views
easy transport attentive service
The train station was directly below the hotel for easy transport. I found good dining options both below the hotel and in the nearby shopping complex. I appreciated the convenient access to various locations and amenities. Breakfast provided an amazing view at the restaurant. It enhanced the dining experience. The service was also attentive. The staff ensured I had a pleasant experience. It was a definite plus.

The hotel is conveniently connected to the subway station. This made travel around the area simple. The views from the lobby were excellent. I appreciated this hotel's location.
The room size was smaller than expected. Storage for luggage was limited. The bathroom felt quite cramped. The staff did not replenish coffee .

surprisingly charming stay!
harbour views convenient station helpful staff
i was charmed by the views from our room and the lobby. i could see the harbour. the hotel is connected to the station. i easily accessed the subway and shopping areas. the staff helped translate when i needed police assistance for a lost item. i appreciate her walking me there.
the pillows were flat. i found it hard to sleep.

breakfast featured both lunch and breakfast options. great coffee was available too. the restaurant's view added enjoyment to each meal. the staff assisted with seating arrangements.

staff prepared an anniversary cake. they helped translate at the police box. service was very good. this shows they cared about my experience.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues
outdated equipment small onsen
The gym was pretty small. It had only a few machines. the equipment seemed a bit outdated. the onsen was also smaller than expected. it lacked some of the amenities i anticipated, like a proper sauna, it felt a little cramped.

picture window eco friendly option train station bad pillow ground floor two elevators
the view from my room was amazing. i could see so much from the huge picture window. the eco friendly cleaning option i used worked well. it was nice it was next to the train station.
the pillows was bad. i did not sleep well because they wasnt comfortable. the ground floor and the room is far. i had to use two elevators each time i wanted to go out.

Wonderful Hotel with Great Access!

I loved the direct access to a station and a mall. It made everything super easy. I also enjoyed the views. I recommend getting some drinks to enjoy them at night!!!
