The train station was directly below the hotel for easy transport. I found good dining options both below the hotel and in the nearby shopping complex. I appreciated the convenient access to various locations and amenities. Breakfast provided an amazing view at the restaurant. It enhanced the dining experience. The service was also attentive. The staff ensured I had a pleasant experience. It was a definite plus.

The hotel is conveniently connected to the subway station. This made travel around the area simple. The views from the lobby were excellent. I appreciated this hotel's location.
The room size was smaller than expected. Storage for luggage was limited. The bathroom felt quite cramped. The staff did not replenish coffee .

i was charmed by the views from our room and the lobby. i could see the harbour. the hotel is connected to the station. i easily accessed the subway and shopping areas. the staff helped translate when i needed police assistance for a lost item. i appreciate her walking me there.
the pillows were flat. i found it hard to sleep.

The gym was pretty small. It had only a few machines. the equipment seemed a bit outdated. the onsen was also smaller than expected. it lacked some of the amenities i anticipated, like a proper sauna, it felt a little cramped.

the view from my room was amazing. i could see so much from the huge picture window. the eco friendly cleaning option i used worked well. it was nice it was next to the train station.
the pillows was bad. i did not sleep well because they wasnt comfortable. the ground floor and the room is far.
